We believe that our dogs are part of our family and deserve the best treatment available in order for them to thrive. We maintain a safe and dog-friendly environment that assures our clients that their babies are in good hands whenever they leave them at our salon. Meet our founders
Michele Gorostiza
Michele Gorostiza has over 25 years of experience in building financial software. She currently holds an executive position managing multiple projects that generate multi-million dollars in revenue and help many customers manage their financial lives.
Growing up in Southern California, her family always had rescue dogs and dedicated time to providing them a loving home. She would have loved to adopt all of them, however instead she jumped on the opportunity to open a dog grooming business with her friend Regina.
Barks & Bubbles Dog Grooming has given Michele the gift of experiencing wonderful dogs and providing them with high-quality grooming.
Michele enjoys cooking and baking so all furry friends at Barks & Bubbles get to sample her tasty doggy treats.
Her ultimate goal is to treat their furry friends as if they were part of her own fur baby family.
Regina Martinez
Regina has worked in the cosmetology industry for over 30 years as an area supervisor for corporate salon chains. She now owns two successful salons of her own.
Being a dog/animal lover she could never find a luxury salon that her fur babies deserved. She wanted a place that exercised her passion for great grooming with top quality service.
Soon, Regina teamed up with her fabulous friend Michele to work on a plan since they cared so dearly for animals. They decided to open Barks & Bubbles Dog Grooming, a place that provides the highest quality care for fur babies as if they were their own.
Their top priority is to provide you with the certainty that your pet is in the best of care, having the time of their life, making new friends, and having absolute fun in a high quality grooming service with a relaxing salon environment.
